RAIL CUTTER SHEAR

The CRR20 rail cutter is designed for professionals in ferrous material waste management, allowing for quick and sturdy cutting of standard European train and tram rails. The CRR20, along with an excavator, replaces the costly and traditional oxy-fuel cutting, saving time and money. The CRR20 operates at an oil pressure of 260 bar, so it can also be configured on a converted rail operating machine. The attachment is equipped with a 360° hydraulic rotation that limits the machine's movement needs during operation and increases precision. Additionally, the cutting blades are reversible and interchangeable four times.

SCRAP SHEARS

The new shear CR series is designed for recycling tasks and for the sorting of ferrous materials. The equipment is characterized by an extremely robust frame that protects the high-performance cylinder from impacts. The shears have interchangeable blades for precision cutting. The blades are also reversible and can be used four times before being replaced. Features include quick jaw opening and closing, fast cycle times, massive crushing force, and hydraulic cylinders protected against damage. The 360° hydraulic rotation ensures safe and precise positioning of the equipment. Additionally, the jaw can be easily and quickly adjusted thanks to a special register that reduces gaps, ensuring maximum cutting precision and cleanliness.

POLYP-GRAB FOR SCRAP AND ASSORTED MATERIAL

This hydraulic grapple, mainly designed for truck cranes, is suitable for handling and collection of scrap and various materials. Thanks to its extremely compact design, the PC grapples possess great agility in loading and unloading operations. Its dimensions allow you to travel in total safety. Equipped with fixed hook or with hydraulic rotator, the grapple can also be mounted on mini excavators from 2 to 10 tons. The distribution block, custom designed, is well protected inside the grapple body and allows you to easily work on the oil distribution system. The grapples are made of anti-wear HARDOX materials.
