HANDLING AND DEMOLITION GRAPPLE

The SM handling and demolition grapples are designed to perform the selection and handling of the materials demolished and for the demolition of structures without iron reinforcement. Thanks to its unique design, superior gripping force, and especially the 360° hydraulic rotation, the SM series handling grabs are also used in the most challenging conditions. Each model in the new range of handling grapples is characterized by the reliability and robustness of the structure, built with the most innovative steels to withstand the test of time, even under the most demanding workloads.

PRIMARY DEMOLITION CRUSHER

The rotary crusher is designed to address the primary and secondary demolition phases in a precise and fast manner. CMB offers a complete range of 7 models for excavators from 8 to 70 tons. The equipment is equipped with an extremely sturdy frame. The cylinder is fully protected from any accidental impact and is sized to ensure high tightening force. The speed valve recovers and reuses oil during unloading, increasing the closing speed of the jaws. All teeth are interchangeable.

SECONDARY DEMOLITION CRUSHER

This pulverizer is particularly suitable for the demolition to the ground of surrounding walls and medium-height vertical structures, pavements, and slabs, with the consequent separation of the concrete reinforcement bars. The FF series has a range of 6 fixed pulverizer models for excavators from 5 to 52 tons. The strong frame, fully protected cylinder, the valve and the interchangeable blades require low maintenance and ensure great clamping force.

SCRAP SHEARS

The new shear CR series is designed for recycling tasks and for the sorting of ferrous materials. The equipment is characterized by an extremely robust frame that protects the high-performance cylinder from impacts. The shears have interchangeable blades for precision cutting. The blades are also reversible and can be used four times before being replaced. Features include quick jaw opening and closing, fast cycle times, massive crushing force, and hydraulic cylinders protected against damage. The 360° hydraulic rotation ensures safe and precise positioning of the equipment. Additionally, the jaw can be easily and quickly adjusted thanks to a special register that reduces gaps, ensuring maximum cutting precision and cleanliness.

MULTIFUNCTION CRUSHER

Composed of a main body and interchangeable equipment, this attachment is a highly versatile solution, adaptable according to the needs of the project. Its heads can be changed easily and quickly. It can be fitted with a demolition head, a shearing head, or the "combi" head, which performs both functions. The "Speed Valve" system recovers and reuses oil during unloading, increasing the closing speed of the jaws. The teeth and blades are interchangeable.
